1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of MTC – More Than Cycling, operated by MTC GmbH, Dietlikon, Switzerland.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding purchase offer. The order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of that offer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, TWINT, and PayPal.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on product availability. Custom builds and special orders are subject to individual delivery times, which will be communicated separately.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without stating any reason. Goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Custom builds and special orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional manufacturer guarantees remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of MTC GmbH until full payment has been received.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Dietlikon, Switzerland.
